About 180,000 officials of different levels received punishment.</p>
<p style="MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px">Disciplinary authorities also stepped up efforts in educating and warning individuals who conducted a minor breach of discipline, which involved about 1.2 million individuals last year.</p>
